Pika Configuration - Sidebars Links and Header Links

The Sidebar Links are located towards the bottom of the page of Pika.

These links show up in the sidebar of your Pika site.

The Header Links are located towards the bottom of the page in Pika.  Only a few libraries use this right now. The Header Links show up at the top of your website, and will need additional CSS.
