Discovery Committee Meeting Minutes September 2, 2014

• Jon introduced the charge of the committee. 
• Jon recommended the committee members take a look at Readers First.
• Jon asked for volunteers to take minutes. We did not make a plan for the future, but Jimmy advised that we at least need minutes for anything we as a committee decide to recommend to the Marmot board of directors.
• Mark gave a quick VuFind 2014 update marmot.org/node/2 this page shows libraries who are currently using V2014.
• Mark announced the hire of Pascal, the new Marmot VuFind junior developer. With Pascal being on board, they are going to start working PivotalTracker to start tracking development again. https://www.pivotaltracker.com/s/projects/1146702
• Should we add to pivotal tracker? No, just continue emailing Mark and he will add it to the tracker.
• There are 3 sessions at MUG that are directly related to VuFind 2014. If you have to miss MUG, don't worry, there will be training as you implement V2014.
• Anythink are official associate members (discovery members) of VuFind, CLiC will be soon.
• High Priority Backlog items: order records aren't displaying correctly
• Mark showed how the shelf location and call number are showing on the same line now, and htere is a link to view additional copy information.
• There will be a Discovery Committee email list soon
