Meeting Recording for 09/16/2020
During the meeting, the group used the Service Topic Framework document to identify training or "how-tos" needed for the Circulation Desk Employee role from the Roles/Responsibilities document. The group decided what "how-tos" to add to the Roles/Responsibility documentation under the role of Circulation Desk Employee.
Nicole shared a link to the privacy training provided by the state.
Adam reminded the group that the long term goal for this process is that after we associate specific "how-to topics" with the different roles and responsibilities then we will turn our attention to thinking through which of those topics are the foundational level, and which of those are mid-level, and which are at an advanced level. This will help us think through the process of scaffolding these topics, and being able to give new hires a roadmap of training they can follow.
