Discovery Committee Meeting 3 May, 2016 Minutes

Demo of new features/bug fixes to be released

  • Mark demoed some bug fixes for this next release. This included:
    • Text widget
    • Changing PIN
    • Format limiting
  • Also in this release included a good deal of work for side-loading records (for services such as EBSCO, OneClickDigital, etc.)

Schedule of upcoming work

  • Mark shared the Pika development schedule which was shared with Marmot Council the previous week. Upcoming projects include:
    • More digital archive work likely through October
    • Fort Lewis College single sign-on
    • Nashville ILS migration
    • Data conversion o New Pika enhancements will likely start in early 2017

Next Sprint

  • More bug fixes
  • More Digital Archive work
