Adam Murray, Executive Director: Identifies new technologies and services appropriate for Marmot libraries. Manages agreements with members and suppliers. Supervises Marmot Managers. Writes project plans, budgets, and policies in consultation with the Executive Board.

User Services
Bethany Baker, ILS Administrator: Supports library staff using the Sierra integrated library system. Maintains Sierra parameters. Works with Innovative Interfaces to resolve Sierra software problems.
Lloyd Chittenden, Union Catalog Coordinator: The Union Catalog Coordinator (UCC) provides consultation and direct support services to users in member libraries. The UCC guides the work of some member committees, supplements user training, leads the development of policies for use of the system, manages the union catalog, and evaluates new products and services.
Tammy Poquette, Training Coordinator: Develops courses and delivers application software training to library employees using Marmot systems. Delivers web-based and on-site training across Colorado. Shares responsibility for the Marmot Help Desk.
Ashley Sneesby, Discovery Support Coordinator: Performs product testing of functionalities and developments in Pika. Works with Discovery Partners on new implementations and support.
IT Services
Wes Addington, IT Systems Analyst II: Provides help desk support for library staff. Installs, maintains, and supports computer equipment in libraries.
Aaron Brumbaugh, Asset Management Administrator: Collaborates with other IT Services staff to keep device ordering, inventory, configuration, installation, and retirement procedures and documentation consistent across member library capital and non-capital equipment projects.
Kathy McCarney, IT Help Desk Administrator: Handles calls from users in libraries, works with colleagues to troubleshoot and support systems hosted by Marmot, and maintains the ticket database.
Software Development
Pascal Brammeier, Software Development Manager: Supervises Software Development Department Staff, develops, maintains, and supports Pika catalog discovery software. Works with publishers for eContent integration within Pika. Provides training to member libraries on Pika. Works with Discovery Partners on new implementations and support.
Chris Froese, Developer: Develops, maintains, and supports Pika catalog discovery software. Works with publishers for eContent integration within Pika. Works with Discovery Partners on new implementations and support.

Systems
JB Wiese, Systems Administration Manager: Supervises the staff of the Systems department. Administers Linux servers, web servers, time servers, DNS servers, IP addressing, router configurations, and network security. Develops, tests, and assures operation of local area network and Internet Services. Manages telecom suppliers (CenturyLink, etc) to maintain and upgrade the Marmot WAN.
Jason Stow, Junior System Administrator: The Junior System Administrator collaborates with the System Administrator and the IT Services department to support and maintain network architecture, including end user support and existing server infrastructure
