New Functionality

Created customizable “Combined Results” (bento box) search interface to show search results from multiple sources next to each other.

Search sources include Pika, Ebsco Discovery Service, Pika Digital Archive, Prospector, and the Digital Public Library of America.

Pika admins can choose which sources are displayed, the order of display, and how they are labeled.

Combined Results will need to be enabled and set up before use.

Added new logging page for Record Grouping to review timing and number of works processed.

Added an option to bypass suppression of Hoopla and OverDrive records to allow CMC sideload and to improve performance.

Added home library and home location to the display of Administrators when setting up roles

Set up new collections and metadata to add music to the Digital Archive.
Bug Fixes
- Users were unable to email lists, now they can.
- Titles owned by a library’s OverDrive Advantage collection are now always displaying (they previously weren’t when the title was only in the Advantage collection).
- Fixed errors renewing and placing holds with Symphony systems.
- Fixed Ajax error that occurred when displaying a user list that contains one or more deleted titles.
- Searching OverDrive as a search source now takes users to search results from OverDrive rather than the OverDrive homepage.
- Fixed slowness related to the Digital Archive.
- Rebuilt Fedora so that all collections were displayed in Islandora for the Digital Archive

- Kanopy for Grand County Public Library and Vail Public Library
- Overdrive Sideload for Colorado Mountain College
Additional Work
- Optimized memory usage for record grouping (part of performance enhancements).
- Optimized indexing performance so performance is better on many systems.
- New hosted Anythink servers prepared. Go live will be in January.
