Bug Fixes

• Display of library branch hours in Location Admin Pages weren’t showing

• Updated form validation library would not work for forms when using the IE11 browser.

• Library Manager role was unable to create a widget from a list.
  • Update permissions in list template to allow Library Managers to create widgets from user list.
