- The old system where Marmot was fetching records from Lynda is now obsolete
- If your library is going to maintain a LinkedIn Learning subscription you have the ability to download records from a portal
- The Pika team will need to set up unique sideloads for that collection as opposed to the automatic process they had set up when fetching the records from Lynda.com
- You will have to manage your own records
- If you have Lynda/LinkedIn Learning please let Ashley know at pika@marmot.org
- Linking User List Guide to My Lists page for patrons (Minute 46:50)
- Ashley asked the group if they want this document linked on the My Lists page for their patrons
- The people who attended the meeting voted to have the documentation linked on the My Lists page
- Adam asked if the priority value survey, the roadmap, and quarterly meeting are working for everyone (Minute 53:50)
- People responded that they like the quarterly release meetings and that the process is equitable
- Adam let the group know that with the quarterly meetings the team is able to grab a lot of the feature requests and tickets associated with a larger theme, and get into those much deeper and comprehensively than with the monthly release
The next meeting is Tuesday, June 1, 2021
