2. Islandora & Pika Update (Jordan, Mark)

Mark: Did a bunch of performance enhancements:

• SamePika link will need the cache cleared if changed. You can do that in Islandora or in Pika.

• Map can now be showed for multiple collections like the Nina Heald Webber Collection. You can also show a map with no timeline.

• Multiple collections can be combined in Pika interface using the collection PID, ask Jordan for information on how to set up.

Round Robin Project Discussion (all)

1. Adams State - Nothing to report.

2. Bud Werner - Just had reference assistance complete their first 3 wire winter project.

3. CCU

4. CMC - Nothing to report.

5. Englewood

6. EVLD - Lots of items being brought to the historical society.

7. Fort Lewis - Administration viewed digital collection work, continuing to place student research in the archive, have 200 right now, trying to have 700 by break.

8. Garfield

9. Gunnison - Working on their oral history project, trying to get seasonal people.

10. Mesa County

11. Pine River

12. Pitkin County - 22 videos so far with transcripts, now trying to figure out a day to do training to load items into Islandora/Pika.

13. Salida

14. Vail

15. Western State - Working on Environmental Management’s bi-weekly newsletter.

16. Any others? - Jordan mentioned that they are working on Bento box for Fort Lewis. No DPLA updates at this time.
