• DPLA Feed Improvements

  • Inclusion of related entities as DPLA subjects. All inclusions are:
    • All of the object’s subjects (no restricted subjects)
      • Previously incorrectly limiting to 5 subjects
    • The owning collection’s title
    • Related people entities (not publisher, which is in another DPLA  field)
    • Related organization entities  (not publisher, which is in another DPLA  field)
    • Related event entities

• Built a cron process that compiles the feed into a single JSON file for the PP Hub to download for inject to DPLA.

• Archive analytics improvements
  • Updated to latest GA analytics.js
  • Added Object Owner dimension

• Owning library total views across all sites of objects

• Views tracked in Marmot Islandora property and library property/view.

Bug Fixes

• Fix order record extract for Addison that was broken by the last release
  • Patch deployment
• Invalid pickup locations display for AspenCat libraries
  • Now defaults to display library system for libraries using sublocations
• Change to indexing and display for subject headings
  • When records have both BISAC and LC subject entries, both will correctly included in their corresponding facet. Previously only LC subjects were indexed if both types were present
  • Ignoring ILS specific subfields in 650 for display, which fixes searches by linked subjects
• Default cover will now display more diacritic characters
• Switched to an “UTF8 Unicode” font that includes a large range of UTF8 characters
  • Note: It isn’t possible for a font file to cover the entire UTF8 encoding
• Hoopla location suppression settings
  • Wasn’t working at the location level to suppress certain holdings
