New Functionality
Materials Request Enhancements

Allow filtering requests based on a list of ids

Allow materials request users to be able to set an e-mail address and signature to be used when sending e-mails to patrons. This allows direct replies to staff and custom signatures for a more personalized interaction.

Allow the text at the top of the new request page to be customized so the library can convey additional information to patrons using the New Request Summary.

Automatically delete closed requests after a certain number of days (1 year minimum)

Allow the form for submitting and updating requests to be customized.

Recommended that you click on the Set Materials Requests Formats To Default to start.

Field can be enabled or disabled, field can be renamed, and fields can be reorganized into different sections.

Archive Enhancements

Allow collections to be displayed as a timeline. Used first by Western State University for their historical photograph collection

Allow browsing a collection with objects in the collection shown within a scrolling bar

Allow public to claim authorship for materials in the archive if desired by the library.

Link from materials in the physical catalog to the archive if the material exists in both locations.

Allow content to be restricted based on IP address and login so only certain users can access the object.

Update Acknowledgements section to follow all rules agreed to by the Digital Archive Committee
