This Meeting was called to go over the presentation “Best Practices in Holds Fulfillment.”

Our Priority Paging is done through Load Balancing. Larger Libraries are on top of the queue as they have more staff to handle holds. Load Balancing was engineered to minimize the courier cost. Marmot has Agency Holds turned on.
