September Patch Release 

New Functionality

• Immediate regrouping for forced groupings caused by grouped work merging, record ungrouping or marking a record for regrouping
  • Though the regrouping takes place immediately, there will be a delay as a round of indexing is needed to process the new grouping and for it to display correctly in search results and record views.

Bug Fixes

• Optimized the fetching and processing of OverDrive availability changes so that Marmot’s catalog is able to keep up with the availability changes of the Marmot OverDrive collections.
  • Additional logging was added to the Pika OverDrive extract process so that the issue can be better diagnosed in the future.
• Ungrouped records entries were not saving the source properly for non-ILS records
• Shortened time-out period waiting for responses from Content Cafe for descriptions and reviews
  • (patched earlier for libraries using Content Cafe for catalog enrichment)
• Fixed “is part of search scope” calculations so that sideloaded eContent would appear in a library’s search results
  • (patched earlier for all libraries)
• Corrected an error that could cause Islandora video player to fail.
