Meeting Recording for 08/19/2020
During the meeting, the group used the Service Topic Framework document to identify training or "how-tos" needed for the Reference Desk Employee role from the Roles/Responsibilities document. The group decided what "how-tos" to add to the Roles/Responsibility documentation under the role of Reference Desk Employee. Once, we identify the "how-tos" for a particular role that will start to give us the structure for the boundaries of a course with learning outcomes.
