PSA Committee Meeting 01/19/2022
  • Sierra password/PIN questions for implementation 
    • Brandon will send this feedback form to Marmot library directors today.
      • Nicole will send out email reminders 2 weeks and 1 week prior to the due date. 
  • Marmot privacy policy
    • Discussed the committee’s role in regards to a Marmot privacy policy. 
      • The committee agreed with Sean that it is difficult to write a policy within a committee.
      • Sean will talk to Adam about submitting a draft for the committee for feedback or perhaps working in smaller groups or on smaller sections of the policy within the committee. 
  • Next meeting (2/16/2022)
    • Will review the Sierra password/PIN questions that library directors submitted.
  • Informational meeting with staff from Flatirons’ libraries 
    • Will schedule the informational meeting during the monthly PSA committee meeting in March or April depending on when Brandon is back.
